Iām a software developer / bioinformatician working in the Toronto area. I have extensive experience with data science workloads (with a bias towards RNA-seq analysis) as well as broad application development, using Python, R, Rust, and/or C++. I am passionate about software engineering education, with a focus on system-level approaches for improving program output reproducibility and correctness while maintaining accessibility.

Status
As of October 2026, I am employed at the Goeva Lab at the University of Toronto, where I work on developing computational methods for analysis of high-dimensional data in the presence of complex experimental covariates.
